Fulfillment Policy

Orders are pick-up only. Ridgeview Charter Middle School PTA (RCMS PTA) does not provide shipping services. Customers are notified by email when an order is ready for pick-up from The Panther Store.

The store is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM when school is in session. If students are not on campus, the store is not open.

An order may be cancelled for a full refund up until the time it is picked up. To cancel an order, email rcs.spiritwear@gmail.com.

Apparel items may be returned for a refund or exchanged only if the item has not been worn or washed and the garment tag is attached. If an item has been worn or washed, it is not eligible for return or exchange. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are dependent on current stock levels.

PTA memberships are not eligible for return or exchange. Swag items are also not eligible for return or exchange.

All transactions are in U.S. dollars.
